In 2011, Alana Alcini joined Acara Solutions as the Vice President of Operations & Delivery and then Vice President of Global Programs & Delivery. During her time with this company, Alana facilitated over 2,000 new hires a year for companies in technical fields such as semiconductors and technology. She helped strategically position the company to maximize revenue and improved the performance evaluation process. Additionally, she earned recognition as a top-rated leader.

After nearly ten years, Alana Alcini embraced a new position as Vice President of Operations & Delivery at Balanced Managed Services. In the few short years she has been there, Alana has evaluated the organization as a whole and helped facilitate some impactful changes. For one, she formed a corporate culture committee dedicated to boosting morale, improving employee engagement, and building an adaptive culture. She worked hard to improve training and development opportunities to help optimize staff growth and ensure a positive hiring experience. Consistently Alana has helped the company exceed goals and expectations through her skilled leadership and strategic planning.

Now, while working at Lyten, Alana Alcini continues to put her hard-earned skills to good use as she creates new metrics and compensation leveling systems to help improve employee wellbeing. Even in the short time since being hired in 2022, she has been instrumental in increasing gender diversity across the company. Other focus areas have included succession planning, leadership readiness, and technology evaluations. Alana is excited to continue working with the company and helping them continue to grow while utilizing its talent and resources effectively.
